Refund policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once items have been purchased and shipped. If you made your order in error, you must contact us immediately following the purchase so that we can cancel the order before it ships.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges once an item has been purchased and shipped.
Order Cancelations
We will notify you once we’ve initiated a cancelation. These cancelations can only be initiated if the order has not been shipped and if you have immediately contacted us via email following your order.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
